Questions to ask oneself…
1. What do I really want?
The definition of a true investor by Robert Kiyosaki is a person who want to just travel from Financial Point A to Financial Point B, hence you, as an investor really need to know your Financial Point B – what is it that you really want?
2. Do I have multiple streams of Income?
Most, if not all, successful investors according to Robert Allen, Robert Kiyosaki and many Money guru not just one sources but multiple streams of income – The concept of Power Investing! That is why we organizes Cashflow 101 to simulate the concept of Power Investing.
3. Do I earn while I sleep?
Although its promote by most average investors as a myth but if u see how all successful investors, *most* of the time they are not directly involved in the operations. They are mainly involved in decision making – which is why they are the Leader of their own life. This is why in Cashflow 101, the formula to get out of the rat race is Passive Income > Expenses. Being in the right side of the Cashflow Quadrant (Business Owner and Investor) will lead us to be having more Passive Income than our Expenses.
4. Am I following the RIGHT mentors?
For most of my early days of my life, I didn’t really follow the RIGHT Mentors. But after I start following the RIGHT Mentors (in different aspects e.g. Personal Finance, SMART Way of Tradingâ„¢, Internet Marketing, Anyway Moneyâ„¢, Real Estate), things started to change and I never looked back 
5. Am I using proven system?
And last but not least, SYSTEM = Saving Yourself Stress, Time, Effort and Money. A lot of people said that they are creating their own system but the FASTEST way to succeed is to just use a proven system. All, if not all, the methodologies taught are fairly similar as copying is the fastest way to learn and succeed! Cashflow Concept is basically based on Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad way of achieving Financial Freedom. If Robert Kiyosaki copies, why shouldn’t we copy?
